PURELY WILD terms & conditions
All personal information obtained by the Purely Wild Foundation, through correspondence of any kind and during the delivery of services, will be kept strictly confidential. Information not already in the public domain, including contact details, will not be shared for any reason without the permission of the individual or individuals concerned.
For all services offered by the Purely Wild Foundation a booking may be held for 21 days without payment. If payment is not received within 21 days of the date invoiced, the booking may be cancelled at the discretion of the Purely Wild Foundation. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
Deposits are calculated at 50% of the total value of the services offered. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the delivery date of services.
Payment methods accepted include Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT’s) and direct bank deposits to the account listed on the invoice only. Bookings will not be confirmed if EFT’s and bank deposits are not for the exact amount invoiced and/or do not include the relevant invoice number as a reference. All banking and exchange control fees are for the sender’s account.
Refund & Cancellation
In the event of client cancellations of confirmed bookings the following cancellation fees will apply:
If cancelled up to 61 days prior to the service delivery date the deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. If cancelled 60 days or less prior to the service delivery date 100% of the value of the services offered will be charged for.
Refunds offered in extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of the Purely Wild Foundation. Refunds offered as a percentage of the total invoice amount will not account for banking fees, exchange control fees and fluctuating currency exchange rates.
In the event of the cancellation of services by the Purely Wild Foundation all funds received will be reimbursed in full (except where the client is in breach of these terms & conditions). Banking and exchange control fees will be for the account of the Purely Wild Foundation however fluctuating exchange rates will not be accounted for. The Purely Wild Foundation will not be held liable for costs incurred for services not invoiced for and offered by the Purely Wild Foundation. Transport costs, accommodation costs and any other peripheral expenses incurred by the client will be for the clients account and it is recommended to arrange the relevant insurances to meet these needs.
Governing & Jurisdiction
The Purely Wild Foundation is a registered Public Benefit Organisation based in the Republic of South Africa and therefore governed by South African law. You and the Purely Wild Foundation submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Updating of these Terms & Conditions
The Purely Wild Foundation reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes to the Terms & Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website.
